About Tara
Tara Krebs is a Toronto-based artist and storyteller whose work addresses themes of nature, identity, magic, and narrative.
Though Tara’s visual language extends to a number of creative media, she is best known for her pop surrealist paintings, and as the author/illustrator of the interactive storybook "You'll Distract the Boys!": A Choose-Your-Own Compendium of Female Existence
When not making art or teaching, Tara can be found roaming around nature, eating snack foods, and freestyling love ballads to her weird little dog.
